Stay Focused - September 2025: Web Design

I am working on getting my landing page setup on my main website, but I may have attempted to do to much all at once.  It wasn't working the way I expected, so I decided to take a step back and simplify it.  

I want to learn to use CSS Grid for the styling because it seems to make sense to me when trying to visualize the layout.  I tried to add everything all at once on my first attempt, but found out that nothing was where I wanted it to be and images that I had weren't within their containers.  I realized that it was becoming a mess, so I simplified the code to see where I was going wrong.  

I removed images and I color coded each of the grid containers so I could more easily see what was happening.  It is starting to look better and everything is more or less in their correct positions.  Now I need to make them so they will hold the images/content inside of them.
